Shipping policy

Processing Times 

I make items to order and aim to complete within 3 - 5 days (unless otherwise discussed/noted), but during my busy period (July and August) this may change. In the unlikely event something is going to take longer to create, an announcement will be made on my website, insta, and any customers affected will be personally notified. 

If you need an item urgently (to be made and shipped within 48 hours) I may be able to process your order within this time for a priority fee, which is an additional 15% of the order total. This will ensure your order takes priority over other orders to ensure it is completed first in line. Please contact me first to make sure this is possible and to discuss shipping options. 

Shipping 

I am located in Melbourne/Naarm Australia, but I ship worldwide! Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you need your order urgently, please contact me directly to arrange a courier service. 

Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided, so keep your eye on it's progress so you know when to expect it! Please note: I am not responsible for any shipping delays or customs fees/tax.

Express: 1-3 business days

Courier Service
DHL Express can be arranged to deliver your order internationally. Please contact me to arrange!
